Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and INDICSERVER INTERNET SERVICES ("Vendamate", "we", "us") for the use of vendamate.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. The service
Vendamate lets businesses create an online store, list products, take orders and payments, and manage sales, including a point-of-sale (POS) till and optional domain services. Features may change over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Staff you add (such as cashiers) act under your account, and you are responsible for them.
3. Plans, fees and payment
Fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and charged in advance for the period you choose:
- Monthly plan: ₹999 per month
- Yearly plan: ₹10,000 per year
GST at 18% is added to these prices, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment. Payments are taken through Razorpay. Subscriptions do not renew automatically: we remind you before the due date and you pay to renew. If a subscription is not renewed, the store is suspended 5 days after the due date, and you can restore it by paying. Payment gateway charges levied by your own customers' payments on your store are between you and the gateway.
We may change our prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
4. Your store and content
- You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, taxes, shipping, returns, customer service and compliance with the law.
- You keep ownership of your content and give us a licence to host and display it to run the service.
- You must have the rights to everything you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods or services; infringe others' rights; send spam; spread malware; collect others' data unlawfully; attempt to access other stores' data or disrupt the platform; or use it for fraud. We may remove content or suspend a store that breaks these rules.
6. Custom domains
Where you buy, transfer or renew a domain through us, it is registered through our registrar partners and is also subject to their and ICANN's rules. Domain prices are shown before you pay. Domains must be renewed before the end of the renewal period we tell you about, and a domain not renewed in time may be lost.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may carry out maintenance, and we are not responsible for outages of third parties such as payment gateways, couriers or internet providers.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your account for non-payment, breach of these terms or unlawful use. You can export your data from the Backup section of your store before closing it.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email account holders about material changes, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
